President Michael D. Higgins opened a Care Facility for young adults who have been in State Care at Jigginstown Manor in Naas Co. Kildare.
This complex comprised of 12 residential; units with an administration building that provides sleeping accommodation and facilities for the management of this facility on a 24/7 basis. Tiglin have been engaged by Homeless Care CLG to manage this facility.
The works involved converting the original buildings in the courtyard setting into one bedroom studio apartments with minimum floor area of 40 square meters.
